Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Customs costs will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded (depending on each specific case of the amount to be returned)
It is not necessary to wait for our response or authorization if your return request is within 14 calendar days of receipt of the package, otherwise it may be refused for reimbursement upon receipt.

INSTRUCTIONS
Insert the item you wish to return in the same envelope or in the same box in which it was sent.
The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received to ensure their protection during transport.
Please fill in the Return Form inside the package, which you can download here. It is important to include this form duly completed inside the package in order to correctly identify and process your return.
If you do not have a printer, please send it to us by email to devoluciones@bruna.es.
If during the shipping and transit process you receive an e-mail for customs clearance, if necessary depending on the sender's country, please send us this e-mail in order to proceed with the customs clearance process, otherwise it could be returned to the origin.
They must be returned new, with no signs of having been used, wrinkles, odors, or stains of any kind (makeup) and with all the components of their packaging such as seals, covers, garment bags, gift box, and original labels attached to the garment as they were sent.

REFUND
Once we received your package in our warehouse, the return will be processed and the corresponding amount will be paid in the same form of original payment within 14 working days after it has been delivered to us. www.bruna.es
SIZE /COLOR OR PRODUCT CHANGE
If you want to make a change of size or color in your order please request the return of the size / color not desired / to devoluciones@bruna.es and place a new order and check the immediate availability of the garment in real time.
DO YOU HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT THE SIZE?
We recommend you in that case before placing your order to order both sizes and try it on at home comfortably and so in case it does not fit you guarantee that the other size is also available :)
We also recommend you to order both sizes in case you have a discount code or there is an active promotion, why? Because the discount codes are for one use only per customer (once used you can not use it again) and promotions may have expired and if you had to order another size would not apply the same price, thus guaranteeing both the availability of the garment and the same price.
