You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

  • Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands):
    • Exchanges : If you need to exchange size, color or product, it's completely FREE (for Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands). Follow the instructions on the form .  Included in your package. Shipping is free. Important: Stock availability will only be confirmed once we receive and process your request, so we recommend you send the package as soon as possible.
    • Returns : We will refund the amount using the original payment method. Please follow the detailed instructions on the form . that you will find in your package.

Important: Bruna does not have a physical store or offer in-person customer service. All returns and exchanges must be made exclusively via courier following the indicated procedure. Hand deliveries to administrative offices or the warehouse are not accepted.
