EXTENDED RETURNS — CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN 2025–2026

For all purchases made between November 15 and December 31 (inclusive), the return period is extended until January 20, 2026 (inclusive). You can request a return and send the product back to us until that date. From January 1 onwards, orders will continue to have the usual 14-day return period from delivery. The return conditions remain exactly the same as during the rest of the year.

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

• Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands):
  • Exchanges : If you need to exchange size, color or product, it's completely FREE (for Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands). Follow the instructions on the form .  Included in your package. Shipping is free. Important: Stock availability will only be confirmed once we receive and process your request, so we recommend you send the package as soon as possible.
  • Returns : We will refund the amount using the original payment method. Please follow the detailed instructions on the form . that you will find in your package.
