1. Deadlines:

Under current legislation, as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Bruna.es may reject returns outside the legal deadline or products that are not in the same condition as when shipped (stains, odors, wear, damage, or alterations).

All online purchases must be returned through the same channel.

2. Communication:

For domestic orders (mainland/Balearic Islands) and Portugal, you must notify #bruna of your decision to withdraw from the contract by completing the form found in the package and sending it directly to us.

For international orders or the Canary Islands, Ceuta/Melilla, please send us an email indicating decision to withdraw from the contract. You must send the package to us at your own expense to the address detailed in section 3.

3. Shipping:

You have three options to return your order:

1. Use the pre-printed label included in your package and deliver it to Correos or Citypaq lockers. (See cost in section 4) For National orders (Peninsula/Balearic Islands) and Portugal.
2. Request a pickup with Correos Express by email. (See cost in section 4) - For domestic orders (mainland/Balearic Islands).

3. Send the package at your own expense to the following address within the legal deadline - For all orders :

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Include the return form inside the package.

If the returns app fails, you can send the package yourself. The refund will be processed once we receive the item.

Remember that free shipping is an estimate and may be delayed during peak season. For guaranteed delivery within 24-48 hours, we recommend choosing Express shipping.

Shipping information cannot be modified once the order has been shipped.

Make sure you send us your return in good condition, just as we prepared it.

4. Return shipping costs:

For returns within the Iberian Peninsula, the cost is €6, deducted from the refund (up to 5 items). An additional €2 is charged for each additional item. Home collections cost €12.

For international orders, the return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The customer assumes all costs and risks if they manage the return themselves.

Additional shipping charges for delivery methods other than standard delivery are non-refundable. We do not accept returns with postage due or cash on delivery.

If an order is refused or not collected, the amount will be refunded less the return shipping costs (€12 for domestic orders or applicable international shipping costs).

Changes to shipping or address cannot be made if the order has already been shipped.

5. Return conditions:

Items must be returned in new, unused, unwashed condition, free of stains and odors, and in the same condition as when shipped. Otherwise, they will be returned to the customer.

We will be authorized to charge you the corresponding costs if we are able to return the package to your address using our usual shipping methods.

Online orders cannot be returned to multi-brand outlets, as they are not their own stores or showrooms open to the public.

This return policy applies only to orders placed on our website. For returns at multi-brand retailers, please refer to their specific policy.

5.1 Late or poor conditions:

Returns will not be accepted if the item arrives outside the legal deadline, in poor condition, incomplete, with incorrect contents (such as products that are not our brand) or with signs of use (wrinkles, stains, odors, hair) and without original elements (linings, belts, ornaments, packaging, labels).

If you do not pick up the item within 60 days of us making it available to you, we will consider it abandoned and we will not be responsible.

5.2 Items with special exchange/return conditions:

Earrings, jewelry, accessories, and lingerie (adhesive cups) are not returned under any circumstances for hygiene reasons.

6. Refund:

Refund to the original payment method within 14 days, depending on the bank.

7.Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled if they have not been prepared or shipped, and within 24 calendar hours of placing the order on our website, even if you have not received the shipping confirmation email. Even if you have not received the email, the preparation process has already begun. After receiving the order, you can process its return like any other order on our website.

8. Product changes:

For size, color, or product changes on domestic orders (mainland and Balearic Islands), you can request one free of charge by following the detailed instructions here.

Note: Stock availability is subject to change and will be confirmed upon receipt of your package and processing of your order. We recommend sending your order as soon as possible.

For international orders or those from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, a return and new purchase will be required.

9. Availability of items (stock):

All orders are subject to availability and quality control. If there are stock issues or defects, the order will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded.

10. Pre-sale items:

If you purchase pre-order items, they will be delivered to the address provided according to the delivery times indicated on our website. Some items may take longer as they are made to order. Shipping times will be clearly detailed as "PRE-ORDER" in the size selector and item description. If you purchase a mixed order (pre-order and in-stock items), the return time will be separate for each shipment, counting from the delivery of each item.

11. Tare and defective products:

Bruna.es only sells items in perfect condition. If you receive a garment with a defect, manufacturing defect, or stain, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving the package, attaching a photo of the problem. After this timeframe, claims will not be accepted. A defect is considered a manufacturing defect that affects the functionality or the fabric before use. Wrinkles due to packaging or natural color variations in the fabric are not defects. Colors may vary depending on the user's screen, and we cannot guarantee their accuracy.

12. Promotional discount codes, special promotions or sales:

Discount codes are not cumulative, and only one can be used per order and customer. They are not retroactive and are for single use only. The minimum amount to apply the discount will always be for final orders.

If a partial refund is made for a discounted order and the total purchase price falls below the initially established minimum, the corresponding discount will be voided and deducted from the refund.

Summer sale period: June 16, 2024 at 00:00 to September 8, 2024 at 23:59. Exchanges and returns: 14 calendar days.

Campaign Period Stock Clearance : November 11, 2024 at 00:00 to November 14, 2024 at 23:59. Exchanges and returns: 14 calendar days.

Black Friday Period: From November 28th at 7:00 PM to December 1st at 11:59 PM.

13. Gift cards or store credit:

Gift cards or credit/store voucher refunds are non-refundable and non-reversible once requested and accepted.

Important: Gift cards ordered with a 10% discount will only be issued after the unwanted order is deposited at the shipping location. Please take this action as soon as possible.

Cards issued for refunds of incorrect or late items are valid for up to 12 months from issue.

14. Warranty:

If you are not satisfied with your order upon receiving it, you have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item, thereby exercising your right to withdraw from the purchase under this contract. The online store's liability for non-conformity of the product will be governed by the provisions of Articles 114 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Any defect resulting from the use and enjoyment of the item once used is excluded from any warranty if the defect or manufacturing defect is not reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Likewise, any theft, misplacement, or loss of the item once it has been delivered is not covered by any warranty or right of return.

Items are deemed to conform to the contract provided they conform to the description on our website and possess the qualities we have presented on this website, are suitable for the uses for which products of the same type are normally intended, and present the quality and performance normally expected of a product of the same type. Therefore, if any of the products do not conform to the contract, you must notify us by following the procedure detailed in our returns policy and by email. Our commercial guarantee will not affect the rights granted to you by current legislation.

15. Modification of these conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Any modifications will not be retroactive. If you do not agree with the modifications, we recommend that you do not use our website.
