EXTENDED RETURNS — CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN 2025–2026

For all purchases made between November 15 and December 31 (inclusive), the return period is extended until January 20, 2026 (inclusive). You can request a return and send the product back to us until that date. From January 1 onwards, orders will continue to have the usual 14-day return period from delivery. The return conditions remain exactly the same as during the rest of the year.

.1. Deadlines:

Under current legislation, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part within 14 days of receiving the order.

Bruna.es may refuse returns outside the legal period or of products that are not in the same condition as when they were sent (stains, smells, use, damage or alterations).

All online purchases must be returned through the same channel.

2. Communication:

There is no need to tell us anything in advance: simply send the package within the stipulated time and include the duly completed return form inside the package.
For international orders or orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the return must always be managed at your own expense and sent to the address indicated in section 3.

3. Shipping:

You have three options for returning your order:

1. Pre-printed label included in your package and delivery via Correos/CityPaq – National Orders (Peninsula/Balearic Islands).

2. Collection with Correos Express , requesting it by email – National Orders (Peninsula/Balearic Islands).

3. Shipping at your own expense (domestic or international) within the legal timeframe to:

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, with the return form inside the package.
Returns are not accepted with postage due, cash on delivery or deliveries to courier points.

4. Return shipping costs:

• Mainland Spain : €6 (up to 5 items), deducted from the refund. From the 6th item onwards, +€2 per item. Home collection: €12.

• International : the return is the responsibility of the customer, who manages the shipment and assumes costs and risks.

Additional expenses for options other than the standard one are not reimbursed.

If an order is refused or not collected, the amount will be refunded minus the outbound and return shipping costs: €12 for domestic shipments or the corresponding costs for international shipments (including customs fees if applicable).

5. Return conditions:

Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, free of stains and odors, and in the same condition in which they were sent. Otherwise, they will be refused for return.

We reserve the right to charge you for shipping costs if we have to return the package to your address using our usual shipping methods.

Online orders cannot be returned to multi-brand stores or to our warehouse or showroom, as they are not part of our returns network.

This returns policy applies only to orders placed on our website. For returns at multi-brand retailers, please refer to their specific policies.

5.1 Out of time or in poor condition:

Returns will not be accepted if the item arrives outside the legal timeframe, in poor condition, incomplete, with incorrect contents (such as products that are not our brand) or with signs of use (creases, stains, smells, hairs) and without original elements (linings, belts, decorations, packaging, labels).

If you do not collect the item within 60 days of us making it available to you, we will consider it abandoned and will not be responsible.

5.2 Items with special exchange/return conditions:

Earrings and jewelry/costume jewelry, accessories or lingerie (adhesive cups) are not returnable under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.

For control and quality reasons, returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original bag, unopened and unused.

Each unit is shipped in a sealed wrapper with a numbered adhesive closure,
Any item that has been removed from its bag or shows signs of being opened cannot be refunded.

This measure allows us to guarantee that the accessory has not been used or altered before its possible return.

6. Refund:

The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection at our warehouse.

7. Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared or shipped, and only within 24 hours of placing the order on our website, even if you haven't received a shipping confirmation email. Even if you haven't received the email, the preparation process has already begun. After receiving your order, you can process a return just like any other order on our website.

8. Product changes:

For changes to size, color or product on national orders (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), you can request it free of charge by following the instructions detailed here.

Note: Stock availability depends on the item and will only be confirmed upon receipt of your package and processing of your order. We recommend shipping it as soon as possible.

For international orders or orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, it will be necessary to make a return and a new purchase.

9. Availability of items (stock):

All orders are subject to availability and quality control. If there are stock issues or defects, the order will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded.

10. Pre-order items:

If you purchase pre-order items, they will be delivered to the address you provide within the timeframes indicated on our website. Some items may take longer, as they are made to order. Delivery times will be clearly marked as "PRE-ORDER" in the size selector and item description. If you purchase a mixed order (pre-order and in-stock items), the return period will be separate for each shipment, starting from the delivery date of each item.

11. Flaws and defective products:

Bruna.es only sells items in perfect condition. If you receive an item with a defect, manufacturing flaw, or stain, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the package , attaching a photograph of the problem.

This 48-hour period does not limit the exercise of the two-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects, but it facilitates the immediate verification of the incident and the correct traceability of the product.

A defect is considered to be any flaw that affects functionality before use. Wrinkles from packaging and natural color variations in the fabric are not considered defects. Colors may vary depending on the user's screen, and we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.

12. Promotional discount codes, special offers or sales:

Discount codes cannot be combined and only one can be used per order and customer. They are not retroactive and are for single use only. The minimum purchase amount to qualify for the discount will always apply to final orders.

If a partial return is made for a discounted order and the total purchase falls below the initially established minimum, the corresponding discount will be cancelled and deducted from the refund.

Sale items will be available for a limited time only, and the selection may vary throughout the specific sale campaign without ever changing the original price of the product.

Promotion valid from August 1st to 15th, 2025.
For purchases of €200 or more, you will receive a €50 voucher to use from September 1st to December 31st, 2025, on purchases of €200 or more.

The coupon will be delivered by email from September 1st, provided that the order has not been returned in full or in part or cancelled within the return period (14 calendar days from receipt of the order).

13. Gift cards or store credit:

Gift cards or store credit/voucher returns are non-refundable and non-reversible once requested and accepted.

Cards issued for refunds of incorrect or out-of-date items at the company's discretion are valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue.

14. Warranty:

Items sold by BRUNA are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery, in accordance with the provisions of articles 114 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).

During the first two years, the consumer may claim when the goods do not conform to the contract, provided that such lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery.

Notification of visible defects or flaws:
To ensure prompt and efficient handling, we request that any defects or manufacturing flaws detected upon receipt of your order be reported within 48 hours of delivery. This timeframe does not limit or affect the exercise of the two-year legal warranty in any way, but it facilitates immediate verification of the issue and proper product traceability.

The following are excluded from the warranty:

• Damage resulting from improper use or use contrary to the product instructions.
• Wear and tear from normal use.
• Alterations or repairs made by third parties (dressmakers, dry cleaners, etc.) after delivery of the order.

In the event of a warranty claim, BRUNA may request the physical shipment of the garment to its offices for on-site review by the quality department, this examination being an essential requirement to apply the warranty.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, BRUNA will offer, in accordance with regulations:

1. Product repair, first and foremost.
2. Replacement, if repair is not possible.
3. Refund only if repair and replacement prove unfeasible.

In all cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the necessary expenses (including transport) will be fully reimbursed to the consumer.

15. Modification of these conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Any modifications will not be retroactive. If you do not agree with the modifications, we recommend that you do not use our website.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction:

These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their option, to the courts of Spain for the resolution of any disputes, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

Should any provision of these General Terms of Use be deemed unenforceable or invalid under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative ruling, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these General Terms of Use unenforceable or invalid in their entirety. In such cases, BRUNA COLECCION SL shall modify or replace the provision with another that is valid and enforceable and that, to the extent possible, achieves the objective and intent reflected in the original provision.

We make every effort to accurately reflect the colors of all our items in the website photographs, but due to variations in computer screens and devices, we cannot guarantee perfect color accuracy for reasons beyond the control of brunacoleccion.com.

We have a size guide for informational and guidance purposes only, and it is not binding for each product since measurements may vary depending on the type of product, pattern or fabric.

Product prices are always shown in euros with the corresponding VAT (21%) itemized. Shipping costs, which vary depending on the destination, will be added to these prices. Shipping costs will be communicated to the user when placing the order and checking out at www.bruna.es, and must be accepted by the user; otherwise, the order cannot be completed.
