If you wish to make a full or partial refund:

• Fill out the form included inside your package or you can also download it here .
• Prepare the products to be returned in their original packaging . Don't forget to include the completed form.
• Use thepre-printed label you received in your package and stick it on the outside.
• Drop off your package at a post office or Citypaq points. Check the available points here.
• You will receive a confirmation email and tracking of your package.

Once the package has been received at our facilities, we will begin the process of your return and you will receive the corresponding refund in the same original payment method once it has passed the quality filter within 14 days of delivery to us.

The cost of the return is €6 for the shipping label provided. However, if you wish, you can send the item to the address detailed in the Terms and Conditions with the courier of your choice and in that case you will not be charged this amount.
