Are you trying to make your refund request and the system does not allow it?

If our The website does not allow you to send us the return request, this could probably be due to several reasons:

  • Have you entered your order number correctly? You will find the order number in the order confirmation email and in your email.
  • The deadline to request your return may have expired. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to process your return.
  • Some items such as accessories (earrings, rings, etc.) or lingerie cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
