Pre-order Items
Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of your purchase; they are made on demand, allowing for a more sustainable production process and reducing fabric and inventory waste.

The pre-order option is available for high-demand products or items currently in production. While they are made to order, they are not custom-made, which means they can be returned according to our return policy.

You can consult the size charts provided for each product. As these are limited-edition pieces, pre-ordering ensures availability. However, even in pre-order, units may sell out due to limited fabric supply.

Once production is complete, orders are shipped in the order they were received.

You will receive two emails: one confirming your order and another confirming shipment. There will be no updates during the production process.

Shipping
The estimated shipping date is listed on each product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together at no additional cost. If you prefer separate shipments, the first will incur a €6 fee, and the second will be free of charge.

Returns
Pre-order items can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, under the same conditions as any online purchase.

Cancellations
Pre-order cancellations are not possible after 24 hours, as production will have begun. However, you may return the item once it has been delivered.
