Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Customs costs will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded (depending on each specific case and the amount to be returned).
It is not necessary to wait for our response or authorization if your return request is made within 14 calendar days from receipt of the package. Otherwise, the return may be refused for reimbursement upon receipt.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the item you wish to return in the same envelope or box in which it was sent.

  • Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received to ensure protection during transport.

  • Please fill in the Return Form and place it inside the package. You can download it [here]. It is important to include this completed form in the package in order to correctly identify and process your return.

  • If you don’t have a printer, you can send the form to us by email at devoluciones@bruna.es.

  • If during the shipping and transit process you receive an email regarding customs clearance (if applicable depending on the country of origin), please forward this email to us so we can proceed with the customs clearance. Otherwise, the parcel could be returned to the sender.

  • Items must be returned in new condition, with no signs of use, wrinkles, odors, or stains of any kind (makeup), and with all components of the packaging such as seals, covers, garment bags, gift boxes, and original tags attached to the garment as they were sent.

  • We would love to receive your return with the same care and affection with which we prepared your order. Thank you!


REFUND

Once we receive your package in our warehouse, the return will be processed and the corresponding amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

SIZE / COLOR OR PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If you want to make a change in size or color, please request the return of the unwanted item by writing to devoluciones@bruna.es and place a new order to check the real-time availability of the desired garment.


DO YOU HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT THE SIZE?

In that case, before placing your order, we recommend ordering both sizes and trying them on at home comfortably. This way, if one doesn’t fit, you are sure to have the other size available.
We also recommend ordering both sizes if you have a discount code or there is an active promotion. Why? Because discount codes can only be used once per customer (once used, it cannot be reused), and promotions may expire. If you had to order another size later, the same price might not apply. This way, you guarantee both the availability of the garment and the same price.
