To exchange size, color, or product:

1. Complete the form included in your package.

2. Place the items in their original packaging along with the completed form.

3. Attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the package.

4. Drop the package off at a Correos or Citypaq location. You can find drop-off points [here].

5. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Once we receive your package, we will process the exchange and send the new item to the same address. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund immediately.

The first exchange is complimentary (only for national orders within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands).

If you did not receive the pre-paid return label in your package, you can request it at: devoluciones@bruna.es

To return a second size or product, follow the same steps or use our returns app for a fee of €6, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: This exchange service is only available for national orders (mainland Spain and Balearic Islands).
For international orders or shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, please proceed by returning the item and placing a new order.
