Pick up at home :

1. The collection will take place 2 working days after the return has been requested.
2. Package your products properly and include a sheet with your order number. - The box must be tightly closed.
3. Print the label we enclose and stick it on the box.
   
4. Hand the package over to the carrier when they pick it up.
   

Delivery at point :

1. Package your products properly and include a sheet with your order number. - The box must be tightly closed.
2. Print the label we enclose and stick it on the box.
   
3. Go to the nearest post office and deliver the package.
   
4. If you requested an exchange , a courier will go to deliver the product you ordered.
